Paper Abstract:      The learning of general skills (not technical) that allows people to perform efficiently their labour functions, tends toward orientate itself the so called “competency development”. Nowadays, this learning process is increasingly supported by computerized systems known as “e-learning”. That puts forward a double challenge to us: the success in developing the behaviour of people, but always bearing in mind the use of low cost systems for that purpose. In that case, our technique could be easily extended to a great number of our organisations. Here, we show the results obtained after applying a process of blended learning in the university environment. The analysis of the collected data exhibits a very high degree of satisfaction, followup and learning levels.
